What will happen in case Klear gets out of business?

In the unlikely case of Klear stopping its activity, investors will remain owner of the rights to receive proceeds from the loans they invested in.

Before getting out of business, Klear will contract a service provider to manage the portfolio of loans and prepare a tender for selling the whole portfolio to specialized companies.

The proceeds of the sale will be transferred to the investors according to their respective shares in the sold loans.
